Membership Rules & Guidelines

To ensure the highest level of service for all guests, the following terms apply:

• Limited to one massage session per calendar day.

• Appointments are required.

• Services are subject to therapist and appointment availability.

• Sessions may not be accumulated, banked, or rolled over.

• Members may maintain a maximum of one active reservation at a time.

• Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions.

• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of membership privileges.​

• Membership benefits are non-transferable.

• Membership is intended solely for the approved cardholder.

• Sharing, reselling, or misuse of membership privileges may result in immediate termination.

• While members receive priority booking, appointments are subject to room and therapist availability.

• Velour Men's Spa reserves the right to limit bookings during peak demand periods to ensure fair access for all members.

• Upgrades, specialty services, gratuities, retail products, and premium add-on services are not included unless specifically stated.
